Chicken or Veggie curry for roti or wraps

This quick curry of chicken or vegetables will make you so happy. You can even use any leftovers in this recepy. Eat with a roti (Indian flatbread) or wrap, this is a real crowdpleaser at our house!


  • 40 gr curry paste
    400 g (vega) chicken, meat, fish, vegetables, shrimp.
  • 3 tbsp oil
  • 150 g tomato or 200 ml coconut milk
  • Salt and pepper to taste


  • Cut the chicken breast or veggies into pieces
  • Cut onion and tomato medium finely


  • Heat oil in pan with onion and curry paste.
  • Stir-fry for 2 minutes and add the chicken or veggies.
  • Stir-fry for 3 minutes over medium-high heat.
  • Add the diced tomato and close pan.
  • Season with salt and pepper
  • Heat up the roti or wraps


  • Make extra sauce by adding more tomato
  • Boiled sweet potatoes or potatoes are also delicious in the dish.
  • Add pieces of green beans or frozen peas and boiled eggs for a one-pot dish
  • Stir in (frozen leaf) spinach or cooked lentils
  • Use any flatbread of your liking instead of roti or wraps, like a naan, chapati or paratha.
